Amado Franco Lahoz has spent more than five decades with Ibercaja, where he served as CEO and chairman of Ibercaja Banco until 2017. He currently chairs the Ibercaja Foundation, promoting initiatives focused on education, culture, employability, and social action. In recognition of his contribution to the economic, social, and cultural development of Aragon, he has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Zaragoza and named a member of the Royal Academy of Sciences of Zaragoza.
